so I'm disabling the ptt confirmation.That should take it back to the 2.3.0
status.

my freq, it behaves properly. If I CALL CQ with a transmit dF that requires a
shift, the radio will move up 1 kHz to transmit, but back down only 500 Hz. To
receive.

thanks Mike, I asked because the K3 series have known issues with getting
confused if they have multiple PTT sources.
Please try "Settings->Radio->Split Operating->Rig" and let me know if that
improves things. If it does then I will need to get some diagnostic info from
you to find out what is going wrong with "Fake It" split mode.

it is certainly possible, but there need be no doubt. When you K3s is in USB
DATA A mode is the VOX indicator showing on the K3s display panel?

from transmit to receive.
MSK144 – Calling CQ 266 on 50.260, the radio will sometimes behave properly,
sometimes revert to calling and listening on 50.260.
