have you followed the instructions in the TS-890S User Manual (page 1-4
in the English version) about setting the audio source input?
In WSJT-X "Settings->Radio" select "Mode-Data/Pkt" and "Tx Audio
Source->Rear".

Before connecting the Rig I installed the Kenwood driver.
Software is WSJT-X 2.5.0 64bit.
Same procedure on Win7 and Win10.
Win7 is working, Win 10 doesn't.

Hi Enrico,
we need more information to address your query. How is your rig
connected to your PC for audio? Do you have a CAT connection? Which
application are you trying to run?
