Hi Enrico,
the driver install is for the virtual serial port over the USB
connection. Are you saying that no "USB audio codec" audio devices
appear for you rig when you connect via USB and power on the rig? If
that is the case then you probably need to take the matter up with
Kenwood or Microsoft, WSJT-X requires working audio devices.

Same procedure on Win7 and Win10.
Win7 is working, Win 10 doesn't.

we need more information to address your query. How is your rig
connected to your PC for audio? Do you have a CAT connection?
