Hi, I had something similar with another app using two monitors with
different resolutions (W10).
Make sure that the monitor resolutions are correctly entered in the
graphics driver interface, as well as W10 settings. I had to do both to
get the settings to stick between restarts and sleep.

No help. It is what it is and has always been so.
Image: started with test setup, minimized horizontally, closed, started
again.
F34/LXDE: laptop 1280x800(default) + external monitor 1440x900 (right),
wsjtx at right (monitor)
