I ran WSJT-X on an openSUSE Tumbleweed system, Tumbleweed name explain the "ever-rolling philosophy" of this distribution which went updated daily.
Unluckily one of the negative effects of this is represented by possible breakouts of the application which was running with a different library, compiler, etc.
After the last system update I cannot start anymore my WSJT-X (I also tried to re-compile it against latest gcc, libs and so on without any positive result.
I got these errors in the log:
wsjtx[7992]: segfault at 7ffc5bd57ff8 ip 00007efe93d38e73 sp 00007ffc5bd57ff0 error 6 in libc.so.6[7efe93cc4000+182000]
wsjtx[8186]: segfault at 7fffb5dbcff8 ip 00007f09fd3f1dce sp 00007fffb5dbd000 error 6 in libQt5Core.so.5.15.2
Which, despite I'm not a software developer, I understand that are caused by different libraries or symbolic links to expected libraries required by WSJT-X.
I would like to receive any suggestion in order to get rid of this error which is not allowing me to use the WSJT-X program.
Thanks in advance!
