Exclude all of your ham software folders and data locations. The antivirus programs are interfering with all sorts of ham stuff including logging QSOs. I helped one of the DXpeditions a couple years ago when they were losing QSOs in the log due to antivirus scanning of the log file for example.

But JT65B of the TXing side does not decode in the TX period. I think the decoding freeze of JT65B at the same periods of not TX side of JT65B when TXing of JT65B finished of TXing period.
