I'm decoding K8R at -9 for all stations in the decode but, on wide

different from baseline FT8 or previous F/H.
Is that normal and expected or are the reports optimistic?
Reported SNR in all WSJT-X modes is the ratio of received signal power
to noise power in 2500 Hz bandwidth, expressed in dB.
The FT8 signal is spread over 50 Hz, while the SuperFox signal is spread
over 1512 Hz -- 30 times wider. With equal signal strengths, of course
it's easier to see the narrow FT8 signal on the waterfall.
