Martin,

Just checked my log for the same contest and I had no issue with double
logging. I am running -RC6. I use the manual logging option as it gives me
more control should the other station not send a 73 - controversial issue I
know but let's not start that debate again. The only double logging I had
was related to user error. Sometimes I would send an RR73 which popped up
the logging window and if they were really strong I would just go ahead and
log it. If they would then send a 73 the logging window would again appear
and I would just hit <Cancel> knowing I had just logged them. But
sometimes as the time in the chair progressed I would forget and hit the
option to log it again. At that point N3FJP would declare "Duplicate!" and
not log it into N3FJP but it would be in the WSJT contest log twice. I had
N3FJP set to not log dups. My usual routine if I sent RR73 and the
software gave me the opportunity to log the QSO was to wait until I saw
their 73 then log the QSO.

Not sure how this works with autolog turned on. I was obviously running a
little routine in my head to decide when to log or not log a contact. Just
curious, did you have autolog turned on?

John
