500+ contacts? That would take a while.
But at least I discovered how it happened. (Contacts made by CQing
"Running") now to understand "WHY" it happened and what can be to stop
it from doing it.

remove those dupes manually. The Cabrillo file is a text file so you
can use any text editor. You may do the same for the adi file, if you
wish so. Adi is a bit hard to read, but possible. On the wsjt-x point
of view there is no need to edit the adi file.
Note that e.g. Notepad may add a .txt extension without showing it,
depending on the Windows settings, and the contest input may not
accept it.
