Yes, i do. Previously you saw this behavior if you specified rubyw.exe 
(instead of ruby.exe) as the "installed interpreter". Now you only get 
to specify the directory for this (now called a "VM"). RDT seems to be 
using rubyw.exe on its own initiative.

The main problem with this is that previously, the console output would 
be captured. Now it is thrown away.
