Also in Norforlk all old business, such as past due accounts and the progress of client's that have been approved is also in my summary.  So we operate very much like Montgomery and Dothan  Alabama.

Ways to Work in Montgomery and Dothan, Alabama operate pretty much the same way as in Norfolk, Virginia.  Our loan committees are made up of bankers and social service workers.  It provides a good balance between professionals with a financial focus and professionals with a empowerment focus.  Each loan committee member is provided with the following information on each client:  budget, credit report, personal statement, client summary, and employment history.  The client summary that I prepare includes comments regarding collections and past due accounts that appear on the credit report.  All identifying information is removed.
