Kevin,

In Baton Rouge we provide a copy of the personal statement, loan review
committee form, loan budget form and credit bureau report in this order. We
delete any identifying information from the credit bureau report so that the
committee only sees the facts and handwritten comments I make about the
delinquencies.

Since we can only accept "persons with bad credit" I think that the LRC
should see a copy of the credit report to establish a pattern as to how bad
is TOO bad. :)
And, of course, your interview with this client should weigh heavily since
what is in the heart counts much more, sometimes, than what is on the credit
report.

Thanks,
Kandee Wickboldt
