Hi Wendy, I have a Banking Partner and we are thinking about having ourselves placed as second lien holder, but so far it has worked out fine as is. I do get a set of keys from the borrower. I have it stated in my approval letter that this is a requirement before we actually close the loan. I keep all keys labeled by name and make and model of car on a key rack in a locked filing cabinet.
