Yea, it would be nice if a bunch of other clubs volunteered their time on a weekend to come out and help put on our race. Unfortunately, there is not much incentive for them to do so. Fortunately for people on the cycling team, there is much incentive such as the fact that not helping out with the home races generally will result in a loss of team discounts for the following year. Anyways, it doesn't really matter how much I say it or the context in which in put it. In the end, those who dont help wont be helped. That is how it has always been before out time on the team and it will continue to be that way in the future.
