No it does not need to be in the PATH, its is a wxWidgets library
directory, and it should be filled by wxWidgets its build libraries.

What file? And did the error message in FindExpat.cmake go away suddenly?

Yeh if the Cmake created files are not complete, i am not surprised.
And since you do not answer the tiny questions i ask, we are not getting
much further :-(.

Yes this one i got too, i believe i removed a part from wx.rc at the end
and then it was gone.
I attached it here. If you replace the one in
C:/wxWidgets-2.8.2/include/wx/msw, it will be oke.
