Our auto-generated config/wxcore-pkg has extra-libraries field. But
wxcore/wxcore.cabal doen't have that.

So, we should add extra-libraries and extra-lib-dirs fields for linking
wxc library.

And I think we need to add configure file for searching installed wxc
library, too.
