Yes, the Subversion trunk is quite stable, but I am swamped with my day
job, so it's been difficult to get a release finished. I've started
working on the documentation updates, but it will take a while to verify
the builds and get the distributions together.
I would recommend using the subversion trunk with Xerces-C 3.x.
