[DTM] DTMDocumentImpl and DTMBuilder unused?

Hi,

I finally found some time to sit down and start migrating my source information
patch from the stree model to the new DTM model. As I've been looking at the
source code, I stumbled across DTMDocumentImpl and DTMBuilder classes, which
don't seem to be used anywhere in the code. Is my understanding correct here?
