http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=9441 normalize-space() deletes an inner space ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2002-06-12 13:45 ------- I have tried now with a late snapshot (http://cvs.apache.org/snapshots/xml-xalan/xml-xalan_20020607162340.tar.gz) and the result is very good: p and q are no longer glued together when I use the snapshot; p and q are glued together as soon as I switch back to version 2.3.1. So while the observation already made in the comments to bug 4546 was correct that 2.3.1 contained the bug, it seems to be fixed in the current cvs. Thank you all. Me, too, I would propose to close this bug; let's say put a deadline until after Friday and if nothing new comes up by then, close it.
