That deliberately excludes the rest of the (potential) community, and community is what the ASF is all about. More than code, we are about community. And without a community, and a community spirit, this project *will not graduate* from the Incubator. Speaking of which, this cannot be an 0.5.0 release, since the project is still in the Incubator.
