How did you know he had done that? Other than a couple of +1s to the
suggestion that it was time for a release, I have seen no discussion on this
list of who might do it, what would be included,or  when it would be rolled.

How did you know where to get it? When did the build (not yet release, by
the way) happen? How did all the developers know to stop checking in for a
bit, so that the build could be rolled? How did Trevor know that everyone
else was ready?

Folks, ALL of the discussion MUST happen on this list. There cannot be any
secret discussions. That deliberately excludes the rest of the (potential)
community, and community is what the ASF is all about. More than code, we
are about community. And without a community, and a community spirit, this
project *will not graduate* from the Incubator.

Speaking of which, this cannot be an 0.5.0 release, since the project is
still in the Incubator. It must be an 0.5.0-INCUBATOR release, to make the
project status clear to anyone who goes to download it.
