Hi David,

I don't have an xastir image. I'm using a kernel compiled by Bernard F6BVP (for kernel ax25 support). I've compiled libax25, ax25-apps and ax25-tools and next intend compiling xastir. In the last 24 hours Bernard has advised the FBB and linux-hams groups that the latest Raspbian kernel now includes ax25 support. Is xastir available as a deb package from the repository???

Does anyone on the list have any thoughts on using a USB to 4 port RS232
adapter to provide serial ports for TNCs.
FTDI is the best one out there. This is a 4 port device. It's an
eval board so there's no enclosure, but you've got a Pi so you're
dealing with that anyway.

This one is part of my balloon chase rig, where I interface with
multiple TNCs and a GPS.
