Considering that we're all busy, I'm only going to support this if we're
doing a more comprehensive CSL 1.0.1 release (with review of existing CSL
1.0.1 tickets, some of which can easily be closed). We can combine the "sub
verbo"-renaming with the introduction of support for gender-specific
ordinals using the attribute-based syntax, and branch off the CSL 1.0
locales. I think we can do this in ca. 3 months.
