Could not get that patch to apply at all (using tortisesvn...) So from what I
could do right now I have made a couple changes, could you possible take a look
and make sure they are correct before I tackle more? I'm trying to do this bit
by bit so it's properly done.
With regards to someone on the team using linux/unix I am not aware of anyone
on the team using either. Can some one explain exactly what needs changed so I
may attempt it myself?

Its another one of those linux/unix thing one of your devs must have been using
linux and set the properties on the files to -x by accident. your probably
going to need to find another linux user to change it back
