I believe I have fixed the exec props, problem is I keep getting errors when
trying to update svn, so I'm going one folder at a time and committing the
chages.

OK, looks like my Patch is useless - it only contains comments for the changes
I did
But you can do this with Tortiose SVN yourself:
- mark all files and folders in the main directory (720p, colors, ...)
- select "properties" in the TortoiseSVN menu
- in this menu there should be this line: Property: "svn:executable" Value: "*"
- Delete this line and answer the recursive question with yes

Hi Adam,
I did the change and created a patch which only removes the exec-bit for all
Files.
Because of the patch is 544KB I did not attach it here - you could download it

720p/Include_Categories-Recently-Added.xml, line 695.
exec props are still set on all files, spiff could tell you better,
but I think you'll have to propdel on each file.
