Does anyone think that an increase in XC fees will result in better grooming by the county? I don't think so not unless they change their grooming policy which dictates that tracks, when set, are to be set to the side of the trail regardless of trail width.

tangled in the brush! Some parts of Elver Park have had a
problem with this in the past -- then again, it shouldn't be
if we do a good job on trail cleanup days (which is this
Saturday morning at Elver, by the way).

I, for one, have no problem paying a fee for grooming,
as long as a good-faith effort is made to groom.
