Thanks to Joe for getting this info out. Since the Commission will meet two days after our club meeting, we can have a brief discussion of the trail fee issue at the club meeting. As with most isssues receiving public comment, the more folks who show to comment, the more effective the input. However, disjointed comments from the ski community will result in very little leverage for any viewpoint. So, I suggest we come forward with something positive. We probably have to recognize that county/city budgets are not going to get fatter any time soon. But, if we have to shell out more then perhaps we could expect a little more input on the service, like where to set the track, etc. I would like to suggest that county/city staff attend the grooming seminar that is held at ABR each year. Maybe you have suggestions too. Bring 'em to the meeting.
See you Monday at the Lussier Family Heritage Center at 6:30pm (and Saturday at 9am at Elver too!). Jimmy (What? Me Worry?)
