OK Madnorskis, Face scratched? Tangled in the brush?
It's probably too late for this year, but I'm offering you an opportunity for next fall. I talked to our Trail Development Coordinator and he's willing to expand to Wisconsin to show you what we do and to help you clear your trails. We have many tools and over 30 years of expertise. I propose bringing a bunch of our club members to Madison, working with you and the city or town to clear the trails on a weekend next fall. If we can get your club members to house us that will keep our costs down. Then we could have a nice big get together, dinner or banquet afterwards for schmoozing, etc. (my wife Liz's daughters live in Madison) We help out many trail administrators clear their trails in the fall. They typically don't care about the trails. It takes skiers to make them good. What do you think? Let's plan on it next year. Jimmy? Where are you? ************************ Have a great day! It's nearly impossible to ski all the tracks at Indian Lake without getting your face scratched. Nice move promoting the trail work, however.
