Mostly it was not an issue of xCAT. You could try following tips:

      Try to redownload the iso and do copycds again;
      Try to do it with another hardware machine;
      Try to Install centos 6.2 to see what will happen.

  This was working before, and appears to have stopped working after the
  management node was rebooted.
