For the kernel drivers, just use the genimage -n nodenetdrivers is enough. But one think you need to know that if you specifying the -n, it means replacing the default driver list instead of appending. That means you'd better add the default ones in the -n with your specific drivers.

I was speaking more towards adding drivers to a stateless image, for example an updated tg3 nic driver. You can of course just unpack the initrd, manually add the .ko file in, and repack it, however I was wondering if there is a better supported way to have xcat automate this piece.
