Chris,
From your previous information, the correct ssh configuration files have
been copied to /opt/intel/mic/filesystem/mic0 on the host node. Please
check the /etc/sysconfig/mic/mic0.conf has following lines, if it has,
it should be an issue of system. Could you check that you have enough
disk space on host node?
# Unique per card files for embedded Linux file system
MicDir /opt/intel/mic/filesystem/mic0
/opt/intel/mic/filesystem/mic0.filelistIn xCAT code, it calls 'micctrl --updateramfs mic0' to generate the ramdisk, you could run it manually to take a try. Could you check the id_rsa.pub/id_rsa pair in > barcoo061:/opt/intel/mic/filesystem/mic0, them also copied from xCAT MN. They are copied there, but from what I can see they don't end up in the compressed cpio archive: samuel@eris:/tmp/MIC$ zcat barcoo061-mic0.image | pax -v | grep /root/.ssh drwx------ 2 root root 0 Aug 5 15:04 /root/.ssh > And could you login to the mic with password? I can indeed, and I can confirm that root's .ssh/ directory is empty. [root@barcoo-m .ssh]# ssh barcoo061-mic0 root@barcoo061-mic0's password: [root@barcoo061-mic0 /root]# ls .ssh [root@barcoo061-mic0 /root]# ls -a .ssh . .. cheers, Chris - -- Christopher Samuel Senior Systems Administrator VLSCI - Victorian Life Sciences Computation Initiative Email: [email protected] Phone: +61 (0)3 903 55545 http://www.vlsci.org.au/ http://twitter.com/vlsci -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.11 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://www.enigmail.net/ iEYEARECAAYFAlH/NoAACgkQO2KABBYQAh86EACfdJI9Uchk5nBh3JrpdDZinsDh hnUAnAoLkHIcWt/YBWL90Bm/J+Wg0iDZ =Pymb -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Get your SQL database under version control now!
