Following is the output from my env
   # fgrep .ssh /opt/intel/mic/filesystem/mic0.filelist
   dir /root/.ssh 700 0 0
   file /root/.ssh/id_rsa.pub root/.ssh/id_rsa.pub 600 0 0
   file /root/.ssh/authorized_keys root/.ssh/authorized_keys 600 0 0
   file /root/.ssh/id_rsa root/.ssh/id_rsa 600 0 0

This is the default content when run 'micctrl --initdefaults mic0'

Thanks
Best Regards

OK, that line is indeed there:

[root@barcoo061 ~]# grep -i MicDir /etc/sysconfig/mic/mic0.conf
MicDir /opt/intel/mic/filesystem/mic0 /opt/intel/mic/filesystem/mic0.filelist

However, the file referenced there includes root's .ssh directory, but not
the keys.

[root@barcoo061 filesystem]#
fgrep .ssh /opt/intel/mic/filesystem/mic0.filelist
dir /root/.ssh 700 0 0

Hence why the keys don't turn up where you'd expect.

Do you know how that file is generated?

All the best,
Chris
