Regarding rboot - Could it be from an xCAT 1.x? They used to run that here,
before my time.
[root@master bin]# rpm -qf /opt/xcat/bin/rboot
file /opt/xcat/bin/rboot is not owned by any package
This is the file, not much to it:
#!/bin/bash
/opt/xcat/sbin/nodeset $1 boot
/opt/xcat/bin/rpower $1 boot
