Yeah, man.  20 minutes. What does that amount to in his billable hours?  That's 
the question.  

Whether this is a developer list or not, that's irrelevant. it's a crappy 
experience.  

You've got to go to work and your car needs to warm up. Time to wait 20 minutes 
on first start.

No idea why you think this experience is fine and dandy.    Maybe if you had to 
wait 16 minutes several times for Xcode to do a commit to an in house repo, 
like I had to do, you'd start caring about your time spent in the app we use to 
earn our living(s).

No, it's a crappy user experience.

Some of us do.  In fact, the 6.0.1 app cratered on me in the middle of an app 
rename/refactor.

Still takes way more than 3 bounces on my 15" MBP with an SSD and 16 MB of RAM.
