Well, what do you know?

Every time i launch OS X Server 5.1.5 and try to turn on Xcode server, it asks
me to reselect my version of Xcode and accept the damn license agreement.

Every damn time.

This is a FRESH INSTALL OF OS 10.11.5 and a FRESH INSTALL OF XCODE 7.3.1.

Every time I launch Server, it asks me to select my copy of Xcode and then gets
stuck at the "Accept License Agreement" and "Preparing to Configure Xcode
Server" progress thing stays up on the screen.

I am left having to force quit OS X Server.

In the console, this is displayed if I attempt to click on the Select Xcode
button before turning it on

7/1/16 2:51:51.601 PM Server[25162]: BUG in libdispatch client:
kevent[EVFILT_MEMORYSTATUS] add: "Operation not supported" - 0x2d
7/1/16 2:51:52.010 PM Server[25162]: assertion failed: 15F34: libxpc.dylib +
78286 [54D1328E-054E-3DAA-89E2-375722F9D18F]: 0x89

If I do that, then OS X Server will put up the "Preparing to Configure Xcode
Server" progress thing and it will never complete and I have to force quit
Xcode.

I'm running Disk Utilities now in the vain attempt that a permissions fix will
address this.

Sweet mother of aggravation.

to actually see the damn development tool it is supposed to automate."
