Shouldn't be much of a problem. Please create a (detailed) ticket for 
this and we'll see what we can do.

One word about the flight level airspaces: As soon as XCSoar has an QNH 
set, it converts the flight levels into user-specified units (m/ft) so 
that it fits to the 1013 hPa pressure.
