PPC2000 is known to be extremely buggy and slow, and there is little we can do about it. (It's 11 years old already; is there still somebody using Windows Millennium Edition, by the way?) Most iPaqs can be upgraded to PPC2003, which gives a major stability+speed bump. My personal recommendation is still the Dell Streak 5: perfect size, perfect display. Downside: you need a new mount for it.
