One of the hardest things here is that quick and intuitive are not always

It is like the command line, harder to learn, but faster to use. Try teaching
someone new to manage their files with bash vs Finder/FileManager/Nautilus. Yet
I can manage my files through bast heaps quicker.
Where does that leave XCSoar - in a bit of a tricky position. We want it to be
intuitive and easy to use, but we also want it to be fast.
What it also says though, is that there is no substitution for learning what
ever the interface is, with lots of practice, on the ground. Because you will
have to change it in flight one day.
