There you have the nub of the problem. What is the Dell Streak file management
app? I am starting from a very low base with this device. IPAQs no worries,
never used Streak or Android before.

Hi Robin,
you may want to try the SD card rather than the SIM card. It should be
accessible through the file management tool of your choice.
