Robin,

When I plug my streak in via the USB cable, Android will ask whether to use the 
device in USB drive mode.  Say yes.  
On your computer - presuming you're running a common operating system - you 
should then get a drive/volume with the Streak's file system.  Find the 
XCSoarData folder there (you may have to create it in the right place).
