Dan, I have the same setup as yours, Dell Streak 5, K6BT/CAI 302 and don't see
the issue you have. It seems like you are having the same issue since way back
then, and no one else seem to have it, so I suspect something in your
configuration is causing it. Sounds like a mismatch between your altitude and
the terrain altitude or waypoint file. Are they all in feet? Which waypoint
file and terrain file are you using? Can you recreate the issue in sim mode by
changing the altitude? I suggest trying the following:
Remove your config file (save it somewhere else) so XCSoar will start with a
new default config file, then start configuring it step by step to see what
causing the issue. If this still does not help, you can send me your config
file and I can try it out on my device assuming you can recreate the issue in
sim mode.
