Me too. (Dell Streak 7 with Android 3.2) (IOIO home made :

I have never had any problem with 1 or 2 devices. One month ago my 302 (device
A, UART 0, 4800 bd) failed (Save battery too old) so I configured Xcsoar to 1
device (just Flarm device B UART 1, 19200 bd). During 3 weeks no problem. When
I received 302 from repair, I just plugged it and configured Xcsoar as before,
all ran well.
I used Xcsoar 6.3 and now 6.4.
I believe your Android version is the cause of your problems.
