If the waypoints show up on the map they have been loaded by XCSoar. 
However the result list in "Menu > Nav 1/2 > Waypoint List" will not
display a result if the number of matching waypoints exceeds a certain
limit (for performance, memory usage and usability reasons). If you have
not set a filter the default is "all". Restrict your search with one or
more of the filters (Name/Distance/Direction/Type) in that dialog, e.g.
all waypoints within a 50km radius or all waypoints with names starting
with "Z".
