I have also experienced a similar issue XCS+ioio+Cai 302+flrm&v7 combo. I
opened a ticket earlier this season (don't recall REQ #) In my case the
winds when calculated externally were way off in the first 30 minutes of
flight and then became better. In recent experience while on a 1000km
ridge flight I found that the wind calculations did not match what i was
seeing (cloud movement, cloud, smoke, crop etc.) I switched back to
external wind and the numbers matched reality.
