Large refactors in TemplateEngine.generate, then changed the XDoclet prefix
from '<XDoclet:' to '<XD' meaning that atm both the old syntax and a stepping
stone syntax of '<XDtPrefix:method' are supported. I haven't yet migrated
anything more than one test - see the tagsupport package - but things should
now be ready for smooth migration of template tags.
