I do object! :)
It seems silly not to include the template in the dependency checks. If the
template has changed, then regeneration should occur. Or am I totally
insane in thinking that? Isn't this a simple change with nothing but
positive repercusions? Typically templates aren't going to change between
builds, but during my development of custom templates they do.
