Definitely (though I don't like Eclipse that much!). Anyway, I'm very eager to step in and start working on xtags stuff. Xtags at the core, then an IDE/GUI framework on top of it and some plugins on top of that for each IDE (this is where SWT/Swing comes in). I'm trying to find some time for that....
