Hi guys, I still think it would be better
to develop at least standalone solution, 
and stabilize GUI for how to edit / add / remove 
tags and then think further :)

When we get an Swing "panel" with everything 
we need to properly tag a class, the we will 
write whatever wrappers we like :)
