Ok, this seems feasible. But then we also need a common build structure, and a standard directory structure if we want to maintain order in these contribs. This can be hard to maintain, if we have multiple people working on it. And all these 3rd party developers need commit access to the CVS....more work to set up.
I have contacted Dan of MVCSoft to ask if they have a 1.1 version of the MCVSoft taghandler etc, and 20 mins afterwards he mailed me an updated version, so he is very responsive. I hope the other developers are too. One question: what about including the contribs into a distribution? Or should people get it from CVS?
