Well, if we move to velocity we can live
with old stuff awhile :)

BTW, from my point of view GUI can be released as
alpha
release. ( of course if current version out  supports
modules & modues have xtags.xml in them )

Distribution build works, and I wrote docs. 
I used it on samples, and everyting still works...
