I uploaded to the server using my own account. Everyone who is admin should
be able to do the same.

I know I did not put the files up for test, but I felt it was not needed. I
*assumed* people tested the thing, and that the build did not change between
the releases. I assumed wrongly. Anyway, I'll fix it in the next few days,
meanwhile I put up a message on the site (and the install doc) that one also
has to download XJavaDoc.
